Yue Kee started as a tiny restaurant along Sham Tseng road. Back then FISHING BAY was a popular fishing site nearby and people would bring their fishes to YUE KEE to be processed and cook into fine fish dishes . Apart from providing this service to the fishermen and all the food connoiseurs, Yue Kee by now received many good reviews on their 'roasted goose' dish which gave the Ng family an idea to highlight and perfect this particular dish that would stand out one day in terms of taste and tenderness.

Apart from the flagship 'roasted goose' Yue Kee is also known for serving fine traditional Chinese soup, seafood and abalone and other ala carte and vegetables dishes. Among all, SALT & PEPPERED SQUID and SOY SAUCE GOOSE INTESTINES are the most popular dishes judging by demand for the past 5 decades.
